Files not showing on MAC
Please Help! I have no idea what i'm doing.
I have had this server for about 7 years - it has all my films on it (i'm a film maker)
Recently I upgraded my mac to Sienna and although the fileserver is still showing - none of my work is?
I have RAID app installed to check the storage and all the lights are green.
I've restarted it several times and all you see is this?
Many, many thanks

What firmware is your NAS running?
Can you access the NAS web ui by entering https://nas-ip-address/admin in your browser address bar?

The NAS admin UI ( https://nas-ip-address/admin )will tell you that, as will RAIDar ( https://kb.netgear.com/20684/ReadyNAS-Downloads#raidar ).
If you entered the correct model number (ReadyNAS 1100 - which is a 4-bay rack mount), then the firmware should be 4.1.x. If the model was entered incorrectly, then it might also be 4.2.x, 5.3.x, or 6.x.x. A picture of the 1100 is below.

That means a disk has failed (or been removed).
