Frontview not accessible ReadyNAS Ultra4 Plus

I noticed today that I'm unable to login to my Ultra 4 Plus via Frontview.  I can however see all the files using SMB.  It's running OS 6.6.1 and I'm able to download the logs using RAIDar if that helps.  I also ran the diagnostic from RAIDar by it came back clean.  Anyhow, checking the status log shows the following:

[17/04/13 13:07:17 EDT] warning:volume:LOGMSG_VOLUME_USAGE_WARNING Less than 20% of volume data's capacity is free. Performance on volume data will degrade if additional capacity is consumed. NETGEAR recommends that you add capacity to avoid performance degradation.

I have corrected the low volume warning by temporarily deleting files.  However, I still see the frontview error that it says can't be corrected.  I'm looking for ideas before having to reinstall the OS so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
