HELP: how do I abort factory reset on NV+

Well I worked out how to do the OS reinstall which went fine and now it says its resyncing the volume raid 5 and has 10 hours to go (4 x 1TB drives) so fingers crossed it has saved my volume, I guess time will tell it did reset my hostname and IP settings but I guess that would be expected????
