How do I install transission or other bittorrent client?
Hi.
I bought my first NAS today. It's a Netgear Ready Duo 1 TB and now I have a couple of questions and I hope that someone could be so nice to help me out a little bit.
#1. How do I install transmission? b.t.w. I'm a noob so please explain in a way that I can understand :D
#2. How do I get external access to my new NAS from the web. I want to access it from work.
I use Ubuntu if that matters.

There are alternatives, but it is probably the one you should try first.- as you're new to the nas, can i make one suggestion for you so you don't make the same mistake i did, get another 1tb drive to put into the second slot so if one drive fails, your data is still backed up and safe on the other drive. I thought i'd backed up all my important data elsewhere, turns out i'm still missing thousands of irreplaceable photos, once my lass finds out i'm dead...
