Incorrect serial no on ReadyNas 6 Pro / can't access ReadyCloud
Hi,
I just got hold of a second hand ReadyNas Pro 6 (RNDP6310). It's running software version 6.10.3 however when I wanted to connect it to ReadyCloud as my other 2 ReadyNas's, it returns the message 24002000011 after trying to login. I have found out that serial no shown on admin page is not the correct serial - its related to the network card (as I have read elsewhere on this great forum).
I have not been able to figure out how to correct the serial to the correct one.
Anyone able to help with this pls ?

The fix has been applied and the NAS has been rebooted. Please check if it has the correct serial number now.

Hi CJDEN,
Please take a picture of the sticker label that contains the serial number and MAC address then provide it to me via private message. This is located on the rear panel of the chassis.
Enable also the Secure Diagnostic Mode (SDM). You can enable it by going to System > Settings Support, then provide to me the 5-digit port number.
