Keep in mind that the command will change with each firmware revision that's released:
$ wget http://www.readynas.com/download/RAIDiator/RAIDiator-X.Y.Z
$ cd /tmp
$ wget http://www.readynas.com/download/RAIDiator/RAIDiator-4.1.4
$ echo /tmp/RAIDiator-4.1.4 > /.cf_update_in_progress
$ reboot
