Lion breaks Spotlight searching
Since upgrading to Lion, Spotlight refuses to return results for my AFP mounted shares. Pro 6 with 4.2.18. I've been searching around for others reporting this issue but have drawn a blank. Could someone let me know if Spotlight/Lion AFP searches are working for them?

- I typically use EasyFind (http://www.devon-technologies.com/products/freeware/) to perform searches against my NAS. There've been other threads in this forum on it (and other spotlight alternatives).
EasyFind's searches aren't instantaneous like Spotlight (because there's no index to search), but EasyFind is still very fast. I've never had a search take 1/2 hour. I think the longest a search has taken was a minute or two. - Lion (/etc/hosts file with reverse DNS configured for localhost) search with Spotlight after reindexing with shares switched on makes Ready NAS NV+ to loose connection to network services. 4.1.8 software.
Basically every time I fire Spotlight now, it kills ReadyNAS NV+ connections for the group.
This is ill.
