NAS unexpectedly stopped responding
Hello, everyone!
My NAS device unexpectedly stopped responding, there was an error message on its screen: "iscsit_handle_dataout_timeout+6". I've turned it off and then turned on, the disks are synching now, but one is probably going to die, so I've replaced it.
There are 6 4TB disks inside, all are WD, but the models are slightly different. What most likely could be the problem?
The second question is about SSH access - I've turned SSH access on, but when I login with correct password the session is dropped by NAS. Because of this I can identify model number more precise.

Can you send in your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?
Did you enable allowing password authentication when you enabled SSH? Did you remember to use the 'root' (no quotes) user which by default has the same password as the 'admin' user?

Now I've allowed SSH access to admin user. The question remained is how to check exact hardware version of the NAS?
