Netgear Readynas Duo Password reset.
Good afternoon.
I have recently bought a netgear readynas duo and set it up ok! I did not save the username and password, and have tried to access it via the password recovery, and it says it will sent a pasword reset to my email address. Does anyone know how long this takes please? as nothing has been received at my email address and do not want to do a hard reset.
Any advice appreciated.

- Your other option is to do an OS reinstall. That preserves your data and settings, but will also reset the admin password to factory default and the IP configuration to use DHCP.
