Network error code: 0x80070035
Hi
I am unable to upload any files to the NAS since downloading windows 10. Every time I click on the NAS folder in the network it advises that windows can not access my NAS displaying error code 0x080070035 network pathway nopt found.
Action taken: A default reset with still the same outcome with the NAS is working in the ready cloud and NAS settings.
I feel that it is just a network setting issue and have tried changing file access settings and static IP address to no effect.
I hope you can help as I have spent 2 days trying to fix the problem.
Cheers

What firmware are you running on the NAS?
Did you assign the PC and the NAS to the same workgroup?

- BenvandenBAspirantHi Brian. i exwcuted the command net[space]use[space]*[space]/delete. After this the NAS initially was gone as network device in explorer. Only the main PC was left seen. The it reappeared in the list and when trying to access I got the same error message again. How can I clear all ReadyNas login?
Thanks, Ben - BenvandenBAspirantBy the way, I am running Norton Antivirus on this PC.

Try opening cmd and running two commands:
net use * /delete
net use t: \\nasipaddress\data /user:admin nasadminpassword
The second command should map the NAS data volume to drive letter t. Note I am suggesting using the IP address of the NAS instead of its name. Be careful on the slash direction.

Dear Brian, I am not sure on the syntax since all I used went wrong. To access the NAS admin I normally use my email address plus a password with upper and lower case letters.
What do I fill in at "user:admin" ?
Ben
