Thanks for the suggestion but it appears that I must subscribe to the ProSupport as it is past the initial 90 days. Considering all of the factors, we would prefer to remove the NAS from service and purchase a replacement in a competing brand. If I have misunderstood your request to get a support ticket, please clarify.
