pro business failing to completely boot (case #16683604)

It reported an error extracting the image. I suspect the root partition got filled with some log (squeezebox/center/logitech server, whatever it's called this week.) I put it in tech support mode, but I'm assuming only an actual tech support person knows the password to log in. I can create a tunnel through my firewall to it and provide that info to a tech support person if one contacts me.
