Problem with Mynetgear account showing no devices registered

Tried to log inot Mynetgear and found it says no products registered when I have at least 30.

Tried from different machines and 4hrs ago and now and still the same.

 

Error: "No products registered under your profile"

 

Also have the error "The MyNETGEAR portal is under maintenance. During maintenance, some functionality may be limited and unavailable from MyNETGEAR. We expect full functionality will return soon. "

    We are already aware of this issue and this has been reported to the appropriate department. They are still working in resolving this. We apologize for this inconvenience.

      IS there any update on this and tried this morning and still the same.

      We have some Milestone licsenes that need to activate to get the Cameras working for a client.
