ReadyCLOUD not connecting (Ready Nas 314) #27477228

I am unable to connect to readycloud, to get files.

 

I have done a tracert and the guy who did it states that there is a problem with netgear and they have a routing problem.

 

I have got the screen shot of it timd out, I need to be able to get access via readycloud.

 

I have put hte screenshot if what I get and it is just hanging and I have also put a screenshot fo the tracecert.

    We need more info on this.

    Which firmware are you running?

    When did ReadyCLOUD stop working for you? Did this coincide with any changes you made to your system?

      Firmware 6.5.2

       

      No Changes to system and stopped working about 1 week ago, I have been in touch with support and they blamed BT but BT have check computer and internet and it is just readycloud which seems to be the problem.
