Have you logged into the NAS web admin page, and looked on the cloud page there? There should be two green checkmarks (one indicating that the NAS can reach the internet, the other indicating that it can reach ReadyCloud).
Also, is the NAS configured to use a static IP address, or is it using the default configuration for the network?

Thank you for your reply.
There is one greencheck mark of internet available.
there is no checkmark that can reach ReadyCLOUD.
IP address is 192.168.0.90, no DHCP.

One common error with static IP addresses is that people forget to configure a DNS server. So look for that. You can use a public one ( google is 8.8.8.8; cloudflare is 1.1.1.1 ). Normally it's good to configure two.
FWIW, I generally recommend that people reserve IP addresses in their router instead of using static addresses - that makes it easier later on if you decide to change to a new router that uses a different subnet (e.g., 192.168.1.x ).

Thank you.
I tried both cases, fixed IP and DHCP.
And added 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1.
I got the same results.
