Readynas 102 connection problem with Apple Macs

so, I've played with vfs objects and it seems to be working form me...

in the SAMBA config file (log over ssh onto your NAS as root)

/etc/frontview/samba/Shares.conf

 I've put in "vfs objects" for each share

 for Example

[Download]
  vfs objects = fruit streams_xattr
  path = /DATA/Download
  comment = ""
  .....

 I'm not sure if it the right way to do, or may be my mac has actually cached all the files local due to my tests... but it seems to be working.... and of course you should turn off Preview Feature in Finder on each Mac to speed up the access time

and one more thing, this file will be overwritten as soon as you change your shares configuration over the web interface, perhaps it will work also in the file that shall not be overwritten

smb.conf.overrides 

but i didn't test that...
