Readynas 312 Antivirus Update

Question

Hi All,&nbsp;The antivirus defiitions on my ReadyNas 312 have not updated for 2 months.&nbsp;I saw an error message today saying no internet connection but that is not the case as the machine is connected.&nbsp;Any ideas how to fix this or manuall update?&nbsp;Thanks

Assuming you are running&nbsp;OS 6.10.4, is it showing Hotfix1 was installed?&nbsp; That's supposed to fix the antivirus update issue.&nbsp; If it's not installed, then you should believe the warning&nbsp;that the NAS is not connected to the internet.&nbsp; What are you using to assure that it is?

Yes the hotfix is shown as installed.When I go to Apps it says internet available.

Have you tried rebooting the NAS since the hotfix was installed?

Thought that was likely, but decided to check.
&nbsp;
You can download the log zip file, and look in there for clues on what's happening.&nbsp; Netgear (&nbsp;JohnCM_S&nbsp;or&nbsp;Marc_V&nbsp;) might want to take a look, just so they can see what's going on.
&nbsp;
A long shot (but easy to try) is to turn off the AV service and then try turning it on again.
