You should be fine to reboot the device, it may go through and try to check the file system again. If it gets stuck again use the link below to skip the file system check. It sounds like you are most likely dealing with a bad drive. You will want to check the health of the drives first thing. If you can not get into the system after skipping the FS check, contact support.
