ReadyNAS RN 314 OS 6.9.3 HTTPS configuration

RN314

OS 6.9.3

After upgrading to OS 6.9.3, the admin page wouldn't load in Chrome. I suspect this is due to a cache issue, because it loads okay with other browsers. HOWEVER, it appears that under Settings, options for HTTPS are grayed-out. Any thoughts on this?

    Hi RupertGiles

    You are right :)

Clearing cache will help resolve the issue on accessing the admin page.

There has been a fix as well you just need to connect your NAS to the internet and reboot it and wait for a few minutes for it to be applied.

    Regards

I have noted in the support documents that HTTPS cannot be disabled. I probably need to clear the cache in Chrome, which is painful. However, HTTPS access works perfectly in Firefox and Safari.
