A failed attempt to uninstall PHP broke the http/s service. It should be fixed now.

Does it respond when you try accessing https://192.168.1.14 /admin on your web browser? What is the NAS status of the NAS on Raidar?
You may try also rebooting the NAS by taking power off and see if that will help.

192.168.1.14 refused to connect.
Try:
- Checking the connection
- Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
- What about if you try http instead of https ?
No luck with http instead of https or power disconnect reboot.
