RN104 - Inaccessible Intermittently

Hi all,

After i updated the firmware of my RN104, i have intermittent time-outs. It will work fine for about 10-20 minutes, then i will have a 2 minute window (approx) where i cannot access the NAS at all. The admin  page timeouts, if i am watching a movie it closes etc. After 2 minutes, its back online and all is normal.

Anyone else seeing this? Can anyone point me into possible causes? Temp seems to be the same as before...

Yves

      Hello yveZ79,

In case you get the same problem, please post the firmware version you have on the NAS, if you already have disabled AntiVirus and if you have enabled any other apps in the admin page of the NAS.

      Welcome to the community!

      Regards,

        Hi JennC, Thank you :)

I updated to 6.41. The thing is, when i want to access the admin page, it says it is version 6.40 but when logged in, it says version 6.41

I deleted all snapshots and deleted all schedules for them. Also, all apps are turned off except transmission and it is not having and files running/downloading.

Also, my FTP transfer rate as dropped from an average of 40MB/s to +/-8MB/s....so something is really wrong. I am assuming it is not hardware as it started right after i updated from 6.40 to 6.41, but i cannot rule anything out yet.

        Thanks!
        Yves
