RN104 Can't Access Admin Page or Browse folders/files!

I’m currently running ReadyNas 104 using Firmware 6.5.1. Having issues getting 1. Admin Page and 2. Browsing folders/files. In ReadyCloud, I can see my ReadyNAS in healthy state and I can update the firmware if needed. I’m also able to run RAIDar.exe and can see the device but can’t browse or run admin page from that tool also. Can anyone help guide me to a solution? I’m running out of options and getting ready to just reset to factory.

    I was able to narrow down the issue to resync process consuming all the resources and/or stuck in a process.  I pulled out one of the drives that forced the system to recover and now I've put back the 2nd drive and its resyncing again.  The major difference is I'm able to access admin page, browse and Raidar.  I just moved all my files to the cloud and hope this sync process completes.
