RN104 stuck in boot at 0%

Having issue with unit, suspect it was power supply problem as log reported 3 disks simultaneously failing  Tried to reset unit AFTER upgrading from 6.4.2. to 6.6.1 (?) .  Now unit won't boot up even with PS from identical, funtioning unit and all disks removed.

    Hello gnubee,

Without any disks, the NAS will not really boot up completely as the OS and firmware are stored to the disks. Do you see any power LED light up? Were you able to grab a copy of the logs? If so, please send system logs and include the link to this topic and short summary of the issue.

    Regards,

Yes, I should have said that.  With the disks pulled, i get an error.  With the disks in, numbers 1-4 and the blue led to the right are on CW, the power button is blinking and the text display says "Booting ... 0%"  It has been like that two days now.  It did not do this before the firmware upgrade.   It would show the disks and say there was no volume.  I could view the log then, not now.  Unfortunately i did not save a copy.

        Hello gnubee,

Do you have backup of the data?

Check if you can download the logs from RAIDar.

Upload it to wikisend.com and send me the download link.

        Regards,
