RN10400 Error do_exit+8ec
Upgrade the firmware of my RN10400 version 6.5.1 to 6.5.2.
Error: + do_exit_8ec; Power LED flashes. Reboot menu, none of the functions is recognized,the USB port either, trials and several key disk formatted by os6_recovery_tool. No admin web page. Help me.
I try to contact support by phone.
Since the beginning, I said that with this error the USB port was not recognized, nor any function of the reboot.
Thus all that you say are not a solution.
The one here is thus that I found to end this exchange.
I found the way(means) to get back the contents of my disks.I bought a NAS of a mark having better reputation.
I put the RN104 in the trash can.
On the sector of the Private individuals, needs not to take them too much for imbecile ones.Goodbye.

Dear all, i face the same problem some other's did report already: after firmware update i get the error message: "do_exit+8dc" when booting. tried to recover by USB with two different USB sticks and did fail, tried OS reinstall and even the factory reset - but only got the "do_exit+8dc" message again. what to do - any suggestion ? have 5TB of imporant data on the disks ............and no access at this point in time. thank you very much
