RN214 Reset to factory default stuck at 65% since 8h
RN214 with 2x 4tb HDD Seagate, RAID 1
After an electricity shutdown, my NAS can't reboot.
I made an image the disks and I save my data with ReclaiMe File Recovery on a valid Disk
Then i put back the 2 4TB HDD in the nas and boot with restore to factory default option.
After a litle amount of time it went to 65%, but now it seems to be stuck at this level (for 8hours now). I heard disk still working.
Is it normal ?
May I do womething ?

No, it's not normal that it gets stuck and 2 4TB drives should take more than a few hours to sync. It sounds as if one of the drives has errors.
What is the best way to solve this ?

I suggest testing the disks with Seatools in a Windows PC.
