RR2304 ReadyNAS Anitvirus stopped os 6.10.5

Question

Antivirus stoppped updating in February 2021 was on OS 6.10.4 hotfix 1.&nbsp; Recently (may 12, 2021) updated OS to 6.10.5 and antivirus still is not updating.&nbsp; Is there a subscription that I do not know abou that needs updating?&nbsp; Errors with no internet yet firmware check returns current and apps show internet available.&nbsp; We are way past the 90day support but should I submit to netgear?&nbsp; Have log zip and know not a good idea to attach here due to data leak possiblities.

Contacted netgear support and they replaced under warranty with a refurbished unit.

Sorry. Misread. Wrong ticket. I had a nighthawk router that was replaced. This was for readynas and antivirus is still not updating.
