RR2304 ReadyNAS Anitvirus stopped os 6.10.5
Antivirus stoppped updating in February 2021 was on OS 6.10.4 hotfix 1. Recently (may 12, 2021) updated OS to 6.10.5 and antivirus still is not updating. Is there a subscription that I do not know abou that needs updating? Errors with no internet yet firmware check returns current and apps show internet available. We are way past the 90day support but should I submit to netgear? Have log zip and know not a good idea to attach here due to data leak possiblities.

Hi,
I tried to purchase a support contract, but was unsuccessful (it crashed all times (oops something went wrong)).
How can I fix the issue without cupport?
