Share (upload) file not working from Android devices to ReadyNAS 314 via Readycloud app

My ReadyNAS is set up on my home network, I can see the folders on my PC and all mobile devices via the ReadyCloud app. The photo and video auto backup is working on all devices. My son has an iphone and instantly uploaded (shared) an Office file to the NAS however, I have two android devices and the share to folder refuses to work.

I have momentarily seen some 'access credentials' type messages although I'm the admin and the setting suggest I should have no problems.

    Have you tried reinstalling the App? You are using the admin account right? Might be best if you can post a screenshot of the issue you are getting.
