Can't upload remotely using ReadyCloud

Trying to upload images from windows 10 OS using ReadyCloud. Always been able to but not anymore. Multiple files immediate error, 1 file seems to proceed with upload then errors during cloud sync.  I am able to download from the NAS to the same windows 10 OS without any problem but not letting me upload.

Uninstall and re-install Chrome. That did it for me.

    Hi BBuzz,

Which browser do you use? And what is your nas firmware version?

Would you please attach the screenshot when you see the error?

    Best Regards.

Chrome Browser, Firmware 6.7.4  When the file gets to cloud sync it seems (from the speed of past uploads) choke and hesitate then the error appears. I have two different NAS's at that location both the same model and rebooted both reset the router and can't upload to either. This problem just started this weekend. Otherwise everything has been fine. I can access both and download from both.

Okay I tried the Microsoft browser and I got it to upload. I am hoping someone can tell me what I need to do to fix Chrome so it will let me upload again.

  • I am having the same problem with Chrome. I have always used it to upload files remotely, and now this week I keep getting an error. I just tested Firefox and it worked there.

Would you please  uninstall chrome and reinstall it and then try again?

That is what you need to do. Unistall Chrome and then Re-Install Chrome. THat is what worked for me. Thanks for all your help.
