I'm skeptical the drives are bad. One was replaced a couple months back. The reallocated sector counts on all the drives are 2, 5, 56 & 68. Not bad.
However I will take your advice and am currently running the extensive Sea Tools diagnostics now. I'll report back once the tests are complete.
