System Volume Root usage 92%
Tried to access my unit after extended period of inactivity initially everything looked but wouldn't download system update. Tried rebooting and now can't access volume and it shows no shares though it shows volume is healthy and all apps are gone. Only http and https services are working, others refuse to start giving errors.
Believe i need to clean the root volume but have no idea how and can't install apps.
Tried to reinstall OS using boot menu to see if that would help but no go. want to avoid factory reset and loosing my files. Most are no big deal but I really need to get the last few things I put on there right before this happened.
Any help would be appreciated
logs that I have shown now.

Hi inforcer36,
Welcome to the Community!
Do you have any apps running on the NAS? That is usually the cause for full root.
It appears that you have a lifetime chat support on your NAS. It will be best to contact NETGEAR support via chat. They should be able to fix it without data loss.

well I was running the log analyser, plex, and antivirus. When i first got in and saw i had a problem i was able to remove Plex, but now I can't do anything with any other apps, can't install, activate or even see apps that are installed.
