what share have better performance in mac?
I have a mac laptop with readynas pro 4 (os 6)
which share have better performance?
I ask because in old version 4 I had cifs and it works well, now with afp I have low performance anche many times It don't want to connect...
i have found this,

- Do you still see the user list in the Dashboard?
If you login to the share anonymously can you access it? - no in dashboard I have no user list...
and: yes I can login as anonymous but I can modify only new folders and no old one... - Can you send me your logs?: http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/misc/how_do_i_send_all_logs

- Can you try an OS Re-install?
- it don't delete my disk data?
- An OS re-install leaves data intact.
- An OS reinstall won't delete your disk data. Just be careful not to do a factory default (which will). The instructions for the pro-4 are on page 19-20 here: http://www.readynas.com/download/docume ... pril11.pdf
- I made os reinstall.. but now it don't recognize my password... it make me go on recovery page but it say (with right recovery question) recovery password failed
- An OS Re-install resets the admin password to the default one.
