192.168.0.100 not responding on WAC104

Hello there !

 

I've an issue with my wac104 .. I lost all the information about it so I reset it and wanted to follow the installation steps in the manual. But when it comes to go to 192.168.0.100 to set up wi-fi, it just doesn't want to access the page.

 

(The network itself is okay)

 

I already tried both wi-fi and Ethernet connection but none of them work

I tried with and without DHCP

I tried with and without firewall too

When I use Windows fixing tool, it says my computer settings are ok but the resource (192.168.0.100) is not responding.

 

I can't access the setting page... please help me out..

Welcome to the community! 🙂 

 

Kindly try to disconnect the WAC104 from the existing network.  Then, connect a PC directly to the WAC104.  Be sure to set a static IP address on the PC that is within the IP address range of the WAC104. Check if you can get replies when you ping the IP Address of the WAC104.  If you are getting replies, follow the steps in the article below:
