Well, I saw in the website that you got the new firmware version for wnap 210, 2.1.6 on website.
I downloaded it, and while trying to upgrade I received the next message.
There was an error upgrading the firmware, please check the system log!
So I went to the logs, and this appeared:
Sep 10 12:12:36 root: ERROR: invalid md5sum of vmlinux.gz.uImage
What to do now?
Regards.

a. Excuse me but, where can I see it's version? Im looking for it and doesnt appear.
You may check the version by checking the serial number prefix of the WNAP210:
Serial number prefix for v1: 220
Serial number prefix for v2: 3FB

More info: I tried to update from 2.1.4 to 2.1.6, and I just saw on website that there is a 2.1.5 available. Does it matter?
Both WNAP210v1 and WNAP210v2 has firmware version 2.1.5 so it would be best to check which version you have. The firmware version for the WNAP210v1 might not be compatible with WNAP210v2 and vice versa. Check these links below where to download the approriate firmware:

Re: Hey there, Error on my wnap210 at office while upgrading
Hi SistemasSR,
A few questions below:
a. Is your WNAP210 a v1 or v2? (v = version)
b. Did you perform the firmware upgrade via wired connection or wireless connection through the WNAP210?
c. After downloading the firmware, did you unzip it before you proceed with the firmware upgrade?
I look forward to your response. Welcome to the community!
