Hi Nisse87,

Welcome to the community! 🙂

1. What is the behavior of the LED lights of your WNAP320?

2. Did you perform the firmware upgrade via a wireless connection or wired connection to the WNAP320?

3. Have you tried to reboot your WNAP320?

4. Have you tried to factory reset your WNAP320?

I look forward to your response.

Hi Nisse67,

Based from your answers, I recommend you to open an online case with NETGEAR Support here because there is a recovery procedure for NETGEAR Access Point/s and our NETGEAR Support team will be able to assist you with it.   However, if the recovery procedure is not applicable nor helpful, then be ready to submit a soft copy of the Proof of Purchase or Sales Invoice of your WNAP320 for warranty verification.  A possible replacement will be processed if your WNAP320 is still within the hardware warranty.
