C7000V2
I have two networks on this router (one 5G and one 2.4g). I have some devices connected to one and som the other. However, not all devices recognoze both networks when I search for wireless available networks. Any thoughts?

Re: C7000V2
Be sure you devices support 5Ghz and AC modes. Some older devices are only 2.4Ghz and N mode supporting. Check with the devices Mfrs support site information on what the devices support. Also older devices may not support WPA2 or AES security modes as well.

Re: C7000V2
These are two new Epson printers that were on the 5g network previously. Also two new Rokus that dont "see" the 5.0g. We have similar model Rokus that see the 5.0. Very strange to me. Could I have made a sett up change in the Netgenie that is blocking one network to these devices?

Re: C7000V2
Possible. Use a wired Pc and web browser to configure the modem. Disable any Access controlss.
Might try a factory reset as well and setup from scratch.
