CAX30 not connecting to ISP
CAX30 modem is not connecting to the ISP (Spectrum) they confirmed that they can see the device and signal looks good from their end. Spoke with Netgear support and their help, as limited as that is, suggested factory resetting the modem. Along with power cycling the modem, switching out the cables, and factory reset x2 still get the not connected message in the internet connection showing off. Looked in logs and shows a network change at 3 in the morning my time. Anyone have any other suggestions other than paying Netgear to honor their warranty?

Re: CAX30 not connecting to ISP
I have the same problem. The ISP shows that the modem is connected and functional on their end. On my end of things I factory reset it and the WIFI network is being broadcast but the factory default password is incorrect. Oddly enough all the ethernet ports are non functional or disabled as well. I'm glad its not just me and hopefully we find an answer to this issue.

Re: CAX30 not connecting to ISP
We are having the same exact issue with the same router model. There is a high call volume so I wonder if it’s a bigger issue.

Re: CAX30 not connecting to ISP
Having the same issue. But my modem/router only shows the Ethernet outputs as connected/on and nothing else is showing power connected. Nice $300+ Point Of Sale. Frustrating
