Cm1000 Warning Message
So I logged into my Modem and i see this in the logs.
RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power in Excess of 6 dB Below the Value Corresponding to the Top of the DRW;CM-MAC=b0:39:56:4c:57:58;CMTS-MAC=00:b0:e1:73:ed:ce;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;
Basically I've noticed periodically randomly momentary internet drops on deviced connected to my network. Now my Orbi router RKB50 seems to reboot? not sure white ring of lights start flashing. So I'm wanting to know if it's my devices being either the Modem and/or Orbi router, or if it's my ISP that's causing these issues.

Re: Cm1000 Warning Message
Internet seems to work fine with modem factory reset for a few hours before reverting back to prior unstable state of frequent disconnects and dial-up download speeds.

Re: Cm1000 Warning Message
Cox will need to Push the FW.
We have already provided new FW to Cox and they have not yet certified/push to their customers. There are several DOCSIS fixes in the new FW and I hope Cox will push to their customers very soon.
Can you please call Cox and plead them to push new FW?
Additionally, it would help you send me your CM MAC and account # (PM me in the info and dont post it publicly here) and I will check with Cox contacts if they can do a temp push to just your modem?

Re: Cm1000 Warning Message
I'm still unable to maintain an internet connection with frequent disconnects. Comcast is telling me that this a modem issue that could potentially addressed with firmware. I am running the latest firmware 3.01.14. My latest error filled event log:

Please help if you can. I am out of my league and wondering if I need to buy a different model modem or rent from Comcast because this is unacceptable. This has been going on for too long.
