Does this router support dual band mode? I have searched high and low to find information on the proper setup but I get conflicting info. Some say to use a different SSID while others say use the same. Any input would be much appreciated. I am using a C3700-100NAS on a Comcast Xfinity 150 MB per second connection. Thanks.
The C3700 supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi, so it is a dual band router. It is up to you whether to use the same or different SSIDs. Each method has its pros and cons.
