So I upgraded to a ac1900 c7000 from spectrum stock equipment they give you because it was slow lagged alot on the phones and ps4 seems like I'm having the same problem but worst mbps wont reach what I pay for 400mbps I had many technicians come to my place and check it out seems like they cant figure out the problem does anyone know what I can do I live in apartments I change the channels everyday speed seems to be the same need help
What are your wired speeds with a PC wired to the modem?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz. Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
