Network Access denied by MSO on Spectrum(TW)
After a 27 hour outage by Spectrum(TW), my modem would not connect. I called Spectrum and they claimed they could not see it at all. I went and bought another C3700, hooked it up, called Spectrum-they provisioned it(so they say). They claim they could see it on their end with no issues, but it would not connect. Logging in to the modem, and I was presented with the message "Network Access Denied by MSO". Spectrum support says that is a Netgear issue and to contact Netgear. I have since gotten a modem from Spectrum to get connected, but I would like *MY* equipment to work so I don't pay lease fees. Any ideas here?

Re: Network Access denied by MSO on Spectrum(TW)
they need to send proper config file. NETWORK access denied means they are sending your modem wrong config file and it has to be corrected by them. Call them and escalate to higher levels to get it fixed.
