Port Forwarding Problems - C7000-100NAS

I have a C7000-100NAS modem/router combo. I have port forwarded (not on this unit) several hundred times on various models/makes of routers and until now I cannot figure this thing out. I am trying to forward a few ports (4369, 8100) and everytime I check a port tool they show closed. I have the most recent firmware, have performed a reboot and factory reset/default, unchecked ipv4 firewall disable, messed with upnp, usb, and other settings and nothing seems to work. I can forward one port if i enter an ip of one of the devices into the DMZ server field but that only works for one IP. Help Please!?!?!?!?

did you try checking the ports via OUTSIDE connection? (not from home).

such as LTE or other network.

Re: Port Forwarding Problems - C7000-100NAS

I am having the exact same problem. The modem/router did accept UPNP from my computer but then dropped it for no reason. Now, UPNP doesn't work nor does port forwarding.

Not sure why, but port forwarding is working now.
