Upgrade Netgear C3700 to newer model

Looking to upgrade my home network. 

I have a Netgear C3700 it has the 2 ethernet ports on the back.

Run 1 port to my OOMA and the other to my Wireless Router. 

Are there any newer Cable Modems or suggestions out with the 2 Ethernet Ports? 

I was looking at the Netgear CM700, but it does not have the dual ethernet ports.

Recommendations / Help please ??

   The C3700 is a modem+router, not a simple modem.  A simple modem will
normally have only one LAN port.  A modern modem+router will typically
have more than two.

   If all you need is a larger set of LAN ports, then a five-port
gigabit Ethernet switch can be pretty cheap.  I'd worry much more about
all other features.  And, depending on how it's configured, whether you
really want to cascade your "my Wireless Router" behind a main
(modem+)router.

The OOMA Telo is a VOIP device. https://www.ooma.com/telo/ 
The Telo base has an Internet and LAN port.  When I contact their support they want their device hanging off the cable modem (of course) and then out the LAN port of the OOMA to the Wifi Router.  Their base is a 10 / 100 device... 

I would like to utilize the setup like I have now where one of the ports on the cable modem goes out to the OOMA Internet Port, the other port goes to my Wifi Router... just updating my hardware to newer technology...   I am open to ideas

   Sounds reasonable to me.  Why not do that?  For that scheme, you
would want a plain cable modem and a separate wireless router.

   The picure shows a "Switch", not a "my Wireless Router".  What's
true?

   What you call a "Cable Modem / WiFi" ("NetGear C3700") is a cable
modem+router.  Practically any cable modem+router should be able to
replace it.  I would not expect an actual cable modem (without a router)
to have multiple LAN ports.

   Depending on what your "Switch" or "my Wireless Router" actually is,
your current configuration may or may not make much sense.  Generally.
cascading one router after another can cause problems (like, for
example, "double NAT"), but, from your description(s), I can't tell what
your current configuration actually is.
