Is it MR6450-100EUS FW NTGX65_12.01.05.00 still under developing? Same SIM card, same spot, MR5200-100EUS, with FW NTGX55_12.04.17.00 can connect 5GNR service but MR6450 doesn't, only 4G+
Any tweaks, or settings are required to make it work for 5GNR service?

MR6450-100EUS has been launched. Your FW is old. Could you please send me a model.json file to check at jopeng@netgear.com?
Thanks

It is almost 2 month passed, will there be any schedule plan for the firmware update about this problem?

Could you please provide a model.json file for me to check. This may not be device. Most likely, it is the SIM subscription issue.

Re: MR6450-100EUS only connects 4G service
Hi @JohnPeng ,
Just got my MR6550-100PAS and found it has same problem as MR6450-100EUS, only connecting at 4G LTE and no NR5G service, should be the same cause, would you please also help to take a look at this? If you need me to provide any information, please do not hesitated to contact me, thanks
PS. Actually MR6110-1TLAUS/MR6500-1TLAUS (all supporting n78) also can't support NR5G service here in Taiwan, should be all on same cause as MR6450-100EUS.
Regards,
William

Re: MR6450-100EUS only connects 4G service
@W1lliam Could you please advise which carrier you are using with the MR6550? If possible, could you please send me the model.json file at jopeng@netgear.com?
I can set the device to upgrade to our next MR release candidate. You can help to verify whether the issue can be resolved.
