Netgear Smart Cradle (DC112A Zain) not detecting hotspot

I recenty bought a Smart Cradle and I also have Zain Hotspot (AC790S) and I dock my hotspot to my cradle and the cradle is not even detecting my hotspot ALTHOUGH when my i dock my spot to my cradle it just charge the hotspot, other than that it doesn't do anything. My question is, is there a specific set up online that I need to do to be able to use my Smart Cradle? I tried everything I could but still no results. I appreciate your help!

Have yo made sure both the aircard and dock are on the latest firmware? have you factory reset the dock?

Smart Cradle's firmware version is: V1.0.0.4_1.0.60
while the hotspot's firware version is: NTG9X35C_11.11.00.00
