Nighthawk M6 - wanting to run without the battery.
Purchased a Nighhawk mobile router - Model MR6110. Have been travelling for 12 months and it has been plugged to power pretty much all the time which has I think ruined the battery. Have ordered a new battery but to avoid this again it says in the power settings it will run with a power adapter without the battery. When I select the appropriate power mode and plug it in with the USB cable it came with it says I need a power adapter. I cannot find anywhere online what sort of power adapter you need to do this.

Re: Nighthawk M6 - wanting to run without the battery.
As long as it has enough output, most USB chargers should work. I'd try a higher powered one and a good cable. I've used that exact model on USB power alone and it worked fine

Re: Nighthawk M6 - wanting to run without the battery.
Charger must be a Qualcomm Quick Charger 2.0 or higher from what I understand.
