Circle no longer works on new phone

I was using Circle on my Orbi router with no problem via the iOS app. Got a new phone and now the app won't connect. I tried disabling Circle on the router and rebooting it. Then attempted to re-enable from the app and the app just says "Something went wrong."  Nothing seems to get it working again.

1. What is the firmware version of the router?

2. Have you tried using another device (Android, another iOS)?
