Circle passcode not recevie

Got a new mobile and didnt think anything about signing out of circle on old phone which has now been reset. Trying to get myself back into my circle and ask for text message to send code but nothing...



What can I do. Any other way to get round this? Its on a Nighthawk R8000P

I'm also locked out . Can't remember Circle login or password, only Netgear login. Please advise

My son reset our router and downloaded Circle to his phone. I have since wrested control of the router from him and deleted circle from his phone. However I can’t log in to circle. It sends the code to his phone, but the code does not work on my app. Can anyone help?

I have the same device and same issue. How can I locate the passcode or reset the passcode because it will not send the sms.
