New phone - Circle Passcode not working - old one still works

I am using Circle first generation app.

On my Note 4, it is currently working fine.

But on my Note 9, it come up and find my circle but they want a passcode.

It rejects it.

If I request it via the "I'm the sole administrator", it sends me a text with a different code.

Well, of course, that doesn't work either.

Luckily it still works on my old phone.

I think I am a victum of App updates or something.

Of course, Netgear won't provide support wiithout paying - so ridiculous.

 

Look for ideas. Thanks.

Hi catonyx, 

 

You may need to factory reset your router and reinstall the Circle app.

I ended trying over and over again with subtle difference in approach and I finally got in.
