Not able to retrieve passcode

Hi,

Im having Circle 1st generation installed on my netgear router. Yesterday I had to reset my phone and after that, im not getting the passcode to manage circle. Even tried the option to send as sms, but SMS not coming.

Can you please help me as im stuck now.
