R8000 X6 - Circle - MAC Address Change

I am using Disney Circle integrated into this router. I find that after I assign a device to a profile that sometimes, there is zero usage on that profile (when I know there was activity). When I look closer I see the MAC address is different that it was before. That has happened 3 times already. Any advice?

No, that article was not usefull. 

At times, I realize the MAC address of the machine in the profile changes. I notice this because one day my son will be online but Circle says he has not been online. When I look closer the MAC is different. I know he has no access to my phone so it is not that he changes it there.

It is a Chromebook and I know it has no hostname. Is that the problem?
